NamaStay Vacations is a boutique short-term rental management company headed by a powerhouse husband and wife team Sal and Jaimie Costa. Our goal is to provide the highest level of detail-oriented management to both our clients and the guests their homes will be hosting. At NamaStay Vacations we take care of all aspects of your short-term rental while setting the bar high on maximizing the income potential of your property. We consider ourselves “boutique” because we know in order to achieve greatness in this field all hands must be on deck.

In an age where customer service is on a rapid decline, our goal is to manage a handful of great properties with great attention rather than a large roster of properties that are largely underappreciated.
